this song is a bit more personal in some ways, this song and the 'I still feel it all" EP serve the same purpose, as a form of catharsis. I wasn't really in a great place mentally during the start of the year to later months. I was angry, guilty, and confused. I started to hate getting out of bed in the morning, I felt more self loathing than I've ever felt before to the point where it suffocated me. I can say now, however that when writing it and even now, i am in a much better place.

I wrote the instrumental back in September when i was writing a lot with guitar and never got the chance to actually record anything. I know there aren't a lot of lyrics and that's my fault as in the original demo that i sent to a friend, lyrics were just thought on a whim and then just ran with it. I've spent a few months attempting to get my vocals to a listenable level but it seems that will take longer, my apologies.
